2. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made with Rose Villa Timber, either online, by phone, email, or in person. By placing an order, you accept these terms and agree to be legally bound by them.
3. Products & Services
- Products: All firewood and timber are sold subject to availability. Moisture content, size, and weight are approximate and may vary naturally.
- Services: All tree work, site clearance, and related services will be carried out to British Standards (BS3998) by trained, insured staff.
- Custom Orders: Bespoke timber, custom cuts, or special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable unless faulty.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or written agreement.
- We accept cash, card, bank transfer, and approved payment providers. No card details are stored by us.
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
5. Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates. We aim to deliver within the agreed window but cannot guarantee specific times, especially during peak demand or adverse weather.
- Free or discounted delivery applies to qualifying orders within our local delivery zone.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details and clear access to the delivery point.
6. Cancellations & Returns
- You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days. Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.
- Custom, cut-to-size, or perishable goods are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described.

7. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days of the returned goods being received and inspected.
- If services are cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice before commencement, you will receive a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued if services have started.
8. Damages & Faults
- If your goods are delivered damaged or not as described, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to UK law.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury resulting from improper use, storage, or handling of our products after delivery.
- Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
