Firewood orders

If there is a problem with a delivery, contact us as soon as possible with photos and order details. We will review the issue and agree a practical remedy where appropriate.

Cancelled orders

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us before delivery is scheduled. Once delivery has started, cancellation options may be limited.

Tree work and services

Quoted services are handled according to the agreed scope. If something changes on site, we will discuss it before carrying out additional work.
